Terms of Service

By creating an account on 360degreeiqs.com or in the 360°DegreeIQS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who may use it

• The service is intended for school and college students, their parents and their teachers.
• If you are under 18, you may use 360°DegreeIQS only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
• Where a school runs the assessment with a class, the school confirms it has that consent.

The service

We provide a career-discovery assessment: a free test that produces a snapshot report, and a paid full assessment that produces a detailed report. You may also send observation links so a parent and a teacher can add their view, which is then counted in your result.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password confidential.
• One account is for one person; the assessment must be taken by the account holder.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automation, or attempts to manipulate results.
• You can close your account at any time — see Delete your account.

Payments

• The full assessment is a one-time purchase that unlocks the complete test and report on your account.
• The price is shown in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes, before you pay.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider or by the app store you installed from. We never receive your card or UPI credentials.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Where a purchase was made through an app store's billing system, that store's refund rules apply as well.
• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

WhatsApp messages

If you give us a WhatsApp number, you agree that we may send your report and assessment updates to it. You can have the number removed at any time by writing to vj.as.entrepreneur@gmail.com.

What the results are — and are not

Reports are decision-support tools based on your responses, scored by a documented methodology. They are guidance for a conversation about your future. They are not a guarantee of any academic or professional outcome, not an admission or hiring decision, and not a medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the assessment content or the scoring methodology.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account, report or observation link.
• Do not use the service to harass anyone or to submit false observations about a student.

Intellectual property

The assessment content, the scoring methodology and the report design are ours. Your answers and your report remain yours; you may share your own report through its share link.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close yours at any time. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the foot of this page shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
