Delete your account

From inside the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

• Open Profile from the bottom bar.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

You can start now: open your profile.

If you no longer have the app

Write to vj.as.entrepreneur@gmail.comfrom the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your password.
• Every assessment attempt and every answer in it.
• Every report generated for you, and any share links to them.
• The parent and teacher observations submitted about you.
• Your sign-in sessions and your payment history with us.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or a report afterwards.

What may be kept, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you stays in the app. Where the law requires us to keep a record of a transaction — for tax and accounting — we may retain the amount, date and payment reference held by our payment provider. Anything in our encrypted backups is overwritten within 30 days.

If your school enrolled you

Accounts created by a school as part of a school programme belong to that programme's records. Ask your school to remove yours, or write to us and we will coordinate with them.
